This privacy policy explains how SULERR Voice ("we") processes the personal data you provide when you fill in a request or callback form on this website. We handle your data with care and comply with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
What data we collect
We collect only the data you enter into our forms yourself:
- Request form: name, phone number, email address and, optionally, your business, chosen plan and message;
- Callback form: name and phone number;
- Technical: the language of the page and the time of submission.
We do not set cookies and use no analytics or tracking technology. We do not track you across websites.
Why we use your data
Your data is used solely to respond to your request: our manager will contact you (usually within 2 hours) to answer your question or handle a callback. We do not use your data for advertising and we do not sell it.
Legal basis
Processing is based on your consent, which you give by ticking the "I agree to the processing of personal data" checkbox before submitting the form. You may withdraw your consent at any time.
Who receives your data
Your request is stored on our server and our manager is notified by SMS so they can call you back promptly. We do not share your data with third parties for their own purposes.
Retention
We keep your data no longer than necessary to handle your request and to meet any legal obligations. After that it is deleted.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to:
- access your data and request a copy;
- have inaccurate data corrected;
- have your data erased or restrict its processing;
- object to processing and withdraw your consent;
- lodge a complaint with the data-protection supervisory authority.
